Air Bath – Why an Air Bath is Important For Good Health?

Air is of prime importance for healthy life as it contains oxygen. When you breathe you take in oxygen and give out carbon dioxide which is necessary for plants, trees of the nature. Oxygen is carried through the blood to all tissues and cells of your body and even the carbon dioxide will be released from the cells, tissues, organs to the blood and expelled out through the nose.Air is no doubt one of the most healthful gifts of nature bestowed freely upon us everywhere. One cannot live more than a minute or so, without air. One must walk in the morning for one to one and half an hour to get good oxygen of air for healthy living. It is wise to breathe through the nose as the nostril contains small hairs which prevent dust and impurity of air.

As the main source of oxygen on the earth is green plants and trees, it is wise to grow more trees and plants to get good oxygen. Plants and trees take up CO2 from the air for their nutrition and growth, and release oxygen in the air.To prevent the accumulation of CO2 in the house, open doors, windows especially while you are sleeping at night. Do not cover the head and nose while sleeping to prevent further inhalation of carbon dioxide. During winter season cover your body with proper clothes and woolen blankets, but, it is better to keep open the windows for a good air to breathe in.Air is more important than food for healthy living. Fresh air is good for your body, mind and health. The importance of air cannot be underestimated or neglected as it leads to danger of disease or death due to diseases. So you must breathe good air in good environment for happy and healthy living.
